Lemartec Corporate Office at Mayfair

Lemartec’s corporate headquarters is located at 3390 Mary Street, Suite 166, in Coconut Grove, Florida. The office spans 8,232 square feet and is thoughtfully designed to support both focused work and dynamic team collaboration. The layout features 89 total workstations, including 12 table stations and 12 desk stations, offering a variety of functional and flexible setups to accommodate team needs. Additionally, the space includes 9 fully equipped conference rooms, designed to support internal collaboration, presentations, and client meetings. With a maximum occupancy of 346, the office allows for efficient operations while supporting the company’s long-term growth.

The interior environment is structured to reflect Lemartec’s commitment to productivity, innovation, and employee well-being. Natural light fills the space, complementing the modern finishes, ergonomic furnishings, and seamless integration of digital tools. Shared spaces such as a central lounge and kitchen area provide comfort and convenience, enhancing the daily work experience. Collectively, the design and layout of Lemartec’s headquarters foster a professional, forward-thinking environment that aligns with the company’s values and vision.

The project encompassed the demolition of an existing office/restaurant, inclusive of MEP disconnections, with Lemartec successfully preserving the original concrete flooring after refinishing. The interior build-out involved the creation of two fully operable kitchens with high-end fixtures, an open floor plan featuring a reception/lobby area, and a lounge station to enhance the working environment. Open workstations, equipped with dual monitors and a variety of seating options, were integrated, promoting a flexible and collaborative workspace. The renovation included private meeting rooms and conference spaces with acoustical features, separated by new glazing systems that contribute to a modern, sleek industrial aesthetic. These meeting spaces are equipped with wireless connectivity for screen sharing and virtual meetings, complemented by the Robin system, allowing team members to reserve rooms wirelessly.
