When a local retail bank, TotalBank, needed to expand their operations by adding 16 new and renovated locations in less than 12 months – they turned to the only design-build and construction management firm in town with the experience of having successfully effectuated the exact program for various other retail/commercial clients throughout South Florida.
Under the LEMARTEC TOTAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT delivery method (TPM), our project team was able to efficiently manage multiple design teams and coordinate the vast number of sub-contractors and trades necessary to simultaneously design, permit, and construct each retail banking centers within their respective South Florida municipality – each representing their own unique set of building code regulations and logistical challenges.
Our project management team was ready for action and quickly integrated into the client’s existing construction department. In harmony with the TotalBank staff, the team was able to successfully meet objectives established for each project site, and more importantly, we’re also able to consistently deliver ahead of schedule and below the established budget – effectively saving the client hundreds of thousands in project costs.
