St. Thomas University – The Fernandez Family Center For Leadership & Wellness

The Fernandez Family Center for Leadership and Wellness is a beautiful 75,000 SF facility that is home to the school’s men’s and women’s basketball teams as well as the women’s volleyball team. Additionally, it is equipped with a fitness center, an athletic training room, team locker rooms, fitness locker rooms, a concession area, and mezzanine-level multi-purpose classrooms and is the home to all Bobcat sports administration offices. Lemartec was retained to provide the metal structure building including an open web frame and standing seam roofing system. The project was fully furnished and was completed on time and on budget via a Fast-Track timeline.
