PortMiami, Cruise Terminal G Program

Lemartec, in joint venture with NV2A, is proud to be delivering the new state-of-the-art Cruise Terminal G complex at PortMiami for Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises. The project includes the demolition of the existing terminal and construction of a world-class, single-berth terminal capable of accommodating up to 7,000 passengers. Designed with a multi-level layout, the terminal strategically separates passenger flow by floor to optimize circulation, reduce congestion, and streamline embarkation and disembarkation processes.

Beyond the main terminal building, the scope includes a multi-story parking garage with ground-level bus parking, redesigned drop-off and pick-up zones, and improvements to the surrounding roadway network to support increased passenger traffic. Targeting LEED Silver certification, the terminal integrates cutting-edge advancements in sustainable construction, energy efficiency, and user experience. With its iconic architecture and high-performance infrastructure, the project enhances Miami’s global leadership in the cruise industry and contributes to the evolving PortMiami skyline.
