Miami International Airport (MIA), Ibis Garage (Design-Build)

Lemartec provided design-build services for a 7-level parking garage (Ibis) at Miami International Airport (MIA) for the Miami-Dade Aviation Department. The cast-in-place concrete structure features a minimum of 2,240 parking spaces. Each level connects to the Ibis garage via two vehicular and pedestrian bridges. The structure also connects to the elevated roadway to the south through two vehicular lanes equipped with parking control devices. The garage stands approximately 83’-9” high and encompasses approximately 127,000 GSF per level, totaling approximately 895,000 GSF. The site includes an at-grade parking area for 34 high-profile vehicles on the east side.
