Lemartec-NV2A breaks ground at MIA South Terminal – Concourse K

MIAMI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, FLA., USA – June 24, 2025 – The groundbreaking ceremony at MIA for the South Terminal Concourse K was a tremendous success, as the Lemartec-NV2A Joint Venture and our outstanding design-build team joined Miami International Airport (MIA), the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD), elected officials, and our valued partners to officially break ground on the new Concourse K project.

“The new Concourse K is bringing six new gates to the south terminal in just four years, but we are not stopping there,” said Cava, as reported by WSVN.
