There’s no place like home, but our new office space comes close. Lemartec completed its move to the Mayfair Building on Mary Street in Coconut Grove in May. The new office features state-of-the-art amenities and an open concept work environment where team members can grab a coffee, grab a seat and collaborate in a truly amazing space.
Two fully operable kitchens with high end fixtures, an open floor plan with a reception / lobby area, lounge station to provide a more comfortable working environment, and open workstations. The open work stations are equipped with dual monitors along with high and low top seating throughout. The renovation is also equipped with private meeting rooms, and private conference rooms with acoustical features which can be reserved wirelessly.
