performed in a most professional manner, even when judged by what
we consider to be exceptionally high standards of competence and
integrity. They always did their best to accommodate our needs and
desires, and our project was completed on schedule and within
budget. Because their modus operandi allowed us to participate in
all the important decisions that has to be made during the course
of construction, the project took on what could be described as a
"fishbowl" quality: we knew what was going on at all
times, and how much it was costing.

The purpose of this letter is to thank you and your company for
the fine engineering and construction of our new foundry building.
The existing ground and building structure required extensive
engineering criteria to support and house the tremendous loads
generated by the foundry operating machinery.
This
is a simple statement for a vast, complicated project. The ground
was not strong enough to support the operating loads, and
therefore required extensive excavation and special reinforced
concrete foundations. The building structure required special
consideration since the machinery was located on two levels, as
well as having to support the maze of heavy conveyor belts and
their related structures.
Your
performance, complete from foundations through building structure
and electrical engineering was outstanding. It was a pleasure
working with your company.
